FIRST CHALLENGE:  Express Challenge - Wild West.

- Making Breakfast with ingredients Cowboys hunted down as an alternative to beef - RATTLESNAKE IN 30 MINUTES.  Find them in a crate down the street in bag surround by 10 hissing LIVE snakes.  JUDGE:  Marco Canora, Owner of Hearth Restaurant in NYC.

       WINNER:  Chef Kevin - has an Advanatage.  Get to choose the knives in the next round.

Kevin picks the Steakknife.

Gina he give her the Big Knife,

Paul get the a pocket knife.

EXTREME CHALLENGE:  Cooking for pack of hungry cowboys & 2 judges.  TWIST:  Supplies are 1/2 mile down a dirt road in deserted chuck wagon. 

Load the supplies into 100 lb. whiskey barrel & roll them back to youir table without dropping any supplies.  First back get first choice of meat:  Buffalo, Wild Turkey & Quail.  in 1 hour.

Kevin get Buffalo, Gina get Turkey Legs & Paul get the Quail.

TWIST OR X-FACTOR:  Mus make Ice Cream - the old Fashion way with an 55 lb. block of Rock Solid Ice.  Must use 2 of the following:  Corn, Yams, Chilies.

- Making just one bite on a Silver Spoon.  The 4  Ingredients are hidden in the Hay :  Watermelon, Chicken, Dandelion & Pickled Eggs & cooking on Fire Pit in the ground in 25 minutes. RESULTS:

an Hot Appetizer.  Can pick:  Flank Steak, Shrimp or Pork Sausage.

FINAL CHALLENGE:  Krisiti vs. Leather.

- Served on Silver spoon 1 Bite.  Ingredients is what you find in child's sack lunch:  Ham Sandwich, Rasins, Carrots, String Cheese & Beef Jerky.  Using:  Tools from a personal grooming kits.  in 25 minutes.

E[PISODE #3:  Mountain Chefs.                                                          3 To Start.

FIRST CHALLENGE:  Cooking Fish.  Strict 30 minutes limit.

- Must swim out to the Kayaks to retrieve your fish from the fish trap & row in your supplies in the cooler in the kayaks.  Must carried by all your supplies by to your cooking stand.

JUDGE:  Madison Cowan.

- Jereome almost sank in the lake -  had to be pulled out & received a 5 minute penalty.

- Also, Jereome  made a mistake by putting Salt on his food instead of Sugar.

- 

 WINNER:  Jean-Paul.

ELIMINATION CHALLENGE:  Cooking for 2 Judges & 12 Hikers.  Jean-Paul get to pick the proteins:  Jean-Paul pick for himself - The Duck Breast, Jerome - The Venision & Christine the Baby Back Ribs.  At the bottom of the mountain are their ingredients, must put all they can carry in the backback & carry it up the mountain trail 1 & half mile.  Have 2 hours. 

X-FACTOR (TWIST): Must make a dessert.  Their ingredients are up a tree.  Must go get it.

- Christine is again whining & complaing about all the challenges.  Why did she signed up?

- In a crate is their 4 ingredients that they must used:  Ramps, Blackberries, Lily Bulbs & Wild Boar.  Must use the a Army Knife. in 25 minutes.

EPISODE #4:  Beach Blow Out.                                          3 To Start.

EXTREME CHALLENGE:  Only 1 prep table is assembled & Raja won that table.  Others had to assembled their.  Cooking an Island Castaway meal for the two judges.  First, Rundown the beach to the crates where your ingredients & supplies which include 3 proteins:  Wild Boar, Turtle and Mussels & Clams in 90 minutes.

X- FACTOR (TWIST):  Run down the beach again & grap 4 coconuts.  Using only Chisels & Rock break into it.  Use both the water & meat.

X-FACTOR #2:  With a help of a Tresure Map find silverwares & plates which are buried somewhere.

ELIMINATED:  Meg - Her boar was cooked.

                                          THE SHOWDOWN

                                    Francis vs. Raja.

- 1 small bite on a silver spoon.  Retrieve 4 Tropical ingredients.  Cooked them over coals on a pit provided   Squid, DragronFruit, Jalapenos & Vanilla Beans. in 20 minutes.

 - WINNER:  Francis.  won $10,000

ELIMINATED:  Raja.

EPISODE #5:  Ice House.                                                 3 To Start.

EXTREME CHALLENGE:  3 Blindfolded Chefs were taken to an Arctic Glacier, an Ice House on the loading dock.  Preparing an appetizer - all ingredients are on the pallets behind them.  Proteins:  Red Snapper, Lobster & Salmon.  Only have an Electric Burner in 25 minutes.

TWIST:  It started Hailing.

JUDGE:  Simon Majumdar.

       WINNER:  Chef Edie won an advantage.

EXTREME CHALLENGE:  Cooking an Arctic Entree doing it inside a freezing cold Ice Factory.  First must pull themselves along a block of ice to the pantry & prep table.   First Chef get first choice of Proteins:  Buffalo, Elk Strip Loin or Rabbit.  Can cook Only on Microburners i 1 hour.   25 degrees F.

- Edie's Advantage is- getting down vest.

X-FACTOR:  Grap a block of Ice from pnatry.  Drill into to make a glass out of it & Create a frozen drink.

X-FACTOR #2:  Create Edible Garnish but must be frozen.  Use only Liquid Nitrogen.

- The room is 12 degrees F.

- Make 1 bite on a silver spoon.  Ingredients are in inside a Block of Ice.  Must break thru to get them:  Blod Oranges, Ginger, Broccoli & Rack of Lamb.  Also, a small pantry..  20 minutes.

ELIMINATED:  Lucas.

EPISODE #6:  Mexican Showdown.                                                                3 To Start.

EXTREME CHALLENGE:  Cooking for 2 Judges.   Run to the edge of town, find your pantry of Mexican ingredients & 3 Meats:  Chicken, Ground Beef & Pork Belly.  Using only a donkey to carry your things back to your prep table.  Have only 90 minutes.

Chef J's Advantage is he get the closet donkey which are 50 yds apart.

X-FACTOR #1:  Mexican Dessert - Churro.  Ingredients are in 60 random pinatas down the street.

X-FACTOR #2:  Mexican Tortilla.  Must make them by hand.

ELIMINATED:  Gina - she thought she was the better chef & will not be eliminated.

                                                  Chef J vs. Amadeus.

- one bite served on a silver spoon.  Must use 4 Ingredients:  Skirt Steak, Chayote Squash, Dulce de Leche and Pepitas in 20 minutes.

X-FACTOR #3:  A Strees Test - Mariachi Band being played at them.

      WINNER IS:  Amadeus.

ELIMINATED:  Chef J.

EPISODE #7:  Wedding Crashers.                                                   3 To Start.

PLACE:  The Solair Buiding in Los Angeles, CA.

EXTREME CHALLENGE:  Marsh went to the chef's hotel room & surprised them that the contest was beginning NOW instead of tomorrow.  They will be catering a wedding, making the the First Course .  BUT, have to purshased all ingredients from the .99 cent store.  Given only $99.00 for party of 22 people & 2 judges in 99 minutes & had to run to the store which is 1/2 mile away.  When arrived back at the Solair Buiding - had to walk up 22 Stairs with the foods to the rooftop.

X-FACTOR #1:  Appetizers -  Ingredients are on a cart on the other side.  Must create with the wedding phrase.

X-FACTOR #2:  On the tray on the other side of the area - are 3 Ingredients you must use:  Green Lentils, Foi Thong or Coch.

ELIMINATED:  Adam.

LAST CHALLENGE:  Anthony vs. Jill.

- Make only 1 Bite on a Silver Spoon.  Must Use:  Figs, Almonds, Avocados & Caviar.  Must swim in the pool over to get the ingredients in 15 minutes.  They have only 4 Liquid Gel.
